Computer Aided Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Engineer to produce accurate technical drawings and models for engineering and construction projects. You will work closely with engineers and designers to develop 2D and 3D drawings using industry-standard CAD software, helping to bring innovative designs to life with precision.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla or similar CAD software

  • Diploma or degree in engineering, drafting, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is a plus

  • Experience with BIM or design automation tools is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed CAD drawings based on engineering specifications

  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to revise and refine designs

  • Ensure drawings comply with project standards and industry regulations

  • Maintain version control and documentation of all design files

  • Implementing automation and technology tools into the drafting workflow
